Juks Graphic executed the complete digital transformation and web redesign for Jolie Dore Aesthetic & Wellness Spa, a premium medical aesthetic practice founded by Telia Dorveus-Mirtil, NP. The objective was to replace a legacy web presence with a high-converting, elegant, and modern platform. The new site establishes a serene, clinically sophisticated digital identity while operating as a highly functional business engine.

The core engineering challenge focused on blending multiple external medical and financial platforms into a single, unified user journey:

1. Medical CRM & Scheduling: Embedded Aesthetic Record synchronously within the core UI, allowing real-time appointment booking and patient profile management without disruptive external redirects.
2. Patient Financing Pipeline: Integrated direct, secure deep-linking APIs to Cherry Pay, enabling upfront cost-breakdowns and alternative payment workflows.
3. Automated Customer Support: Implemented an asynchronous AI Chatbot system (e.g., Tidio/Crisp) optimized to answer frequently asked questions, triage client inquiries, and drive users directly into the booking funnel.

Visual Direction & Content Engineering

1. UI/UX Paradigm: Designed a minimal, soothing aesthetic balancing clinical authority with luxury spa wellness.
2. Information Architecture: Developed an intuitive multi-page structure consisting of an optimized Hero-to-CTA Homepage, a structured 11-category Services directory (covering neurotoxins, body contouring, and IV therapy), and dedicated educational Blog/Review layers designed to boost SEO domain authority.

The objective was to translate their excellence in health and beauty into a digital interface that is as fluid as it is reassuring.
